Private Rooms : $6,500 per month

What are the admission requirements?
To be admitted to Brookside Farm individuals must:
- Be medically and psychiatrically stable.
- Voluntarily take all medications and attend necessary medical appointments.
- Not pose an elopement risk.
- Not pose a threat to themselves or others.
- Voluntarily come to live at Brookside Farm.
